Everything. Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, excellent staff. Great pool areas. Adult only pool which was a game changer! Special mention to the exceptional staff. Every person we dealt with was just fantastic. So warm & welcoming.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful Vilamoura! The best was that our half board plan allowed us to eat course meals at Cilantro restaurant the most nights. We were traveling with 2 kids and a baby, so we didn’t want to hustle for making dinner at the room( the 2 bedroom apartment had everything you need to make your own food tho! ) or finding a local restaurants. Service from the amazing staff and the tastiness of food at Cilantro were exceptional. Everyday, there were different menus. You need to pay for drinks but it worth. Portugal’s tasty wines, we really enjoyed trying different ones. Dining there made our trip fun, very relaxed and memorable. Bright beautiful lobby and spacious room, comfy bed and beautiful pool and kids club made us feel we wanna live there! Perfect location to explore Algarve. We went different beaches everyday, some were 10min drive some were 30min drive. So convenient with 3kids. Children loved the playground in kid club. You can use the facility for free even they don’t attend the kids club. We were lucky to be able to witness the fireworks at the hotel to celebrate the New Year! The sparkling wine and cake delivered to the room was the wonderful touch.

Great hotel location for playing golf and only a 20 min walk into Villamoura. Free shuttle to the marina which we also used some days. Excellent breakfast in the mornings (we were on a b&B basis) and staff friendly, helpful and professional. Tried the spa once for the relaxation circuit (15 euro) but it was disappointing as the relaxation pools and large whirl pool with therapeutic water jets etc was luke warm and certainly not warm/hot enough to relax in. Only stayed for 30 mins so not worth it.

We went over just for a couple of days visiting a poor relative and I chose the hotel for the location nearby. It exceeded my expectations - it was clean very spacious tidy and lovely staff. We arrived early but they gave us a room that was perfect. Really clean, amazing staff couldn't be more helpful and the staff throughout in the bar, the restaurant at breakfast and Sandra at the Spa was so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay on what was a difficult trip. Thank you so much to all the staff for such a warm welcome and what a well run hotel - Well Done!

Beautiful renovation to the bedrooms. Our room was perfect for our family - had connecting rooms so children were close but had their own space too. Everything really clean and housekeeping were thorough. Amazing breakfast which was replenished constantly. Pool area was perfect and didn't feel too busy - I imagine it will be a lot busier during peak times. Kids loved the games room too. We used the kids club which the children enjoyed - shame there weren't many kids there, maybe guests don't know about it and it's a bit pricey? Spa was lovely we used with the children between 10am & 11am. Staff we all super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay and will definitely be going back soon!
